Welcome to 2nd 2 NoneWichita area’s only consignment boutique specializing in formal wear of all kinds, as well as women’s fashions. Our inventory is constantly changing with a broad selection of designer gowns and dresses, boutique items, as well as name brand fashions. We cater to real women with “real world” budgets, so whether you are looking for your dream dress or ready to consign your pre-loved items, 2nd 2 None is here for you!

Owner, Rebecca Whitely, has lived in the Wichita area her entire life and is familiar with our areas trends and needs. When her oldest daughter became engaged 8 years ago, they began their search for the perfect gown at local stores but soon realized most were above their budget. They then searched the internet and craigslist, but driving all over town and trying on gowns in a strangers bathroom wasn’t exactly the dream “wedding experience” they had always looked forward to. With the thousands of weddings held each year they wondered “what do all these people do with their gowns once the wedding is over?” People just aren’t as sentimental about passing their gowns down to the next generation anymore. They either don’t fit, are the wrong season, or they’re just simply too out-dated. From this sprung the creation of 2nd 2 None, a boutique like none other, specializing in all types of formal wear that typically gets worn once. With the amazing support and prayers of family and friends the boutique became a reality and now offers budget minded brides-to-be a huge selection of once-loved, and sample gowns as well as brand new gowns already to be tried on in a classy and comfortable setting. Due to great demand Rebecca soon expanded her inventory to include women’s everyday fashions in order to offer our community a wider selection of high-quality, once-loved items.

OUR TEAM

2nd 2 None started out as a solo-run show in a small 850 sf space  in Andover. In less than a year it grew to where we needed to hire help. We have had many amazing employees that we can now call ‘family’, beginning with Mariann, who started with us in 2012 part-time, and eventually moved to full-time and become our super-star store manager for over 2 years and is back with us part-time again (YIPPEE!!!). Gina then joined our store part-time and has been a faithful friend ever since.

In early 2013 we outgrew our little store and made the nerve-racking decision to move to our current 3400 sf location (still in Andover). We were scared to death!! We thought it would take several years to fill the store! But by late Summer we were filled to the brim with amazing items and consignors just kept coming. With this new location we quickly realized the need for additional staff and have continued to hire many wonderful part-time girls to cover various sifts, each one bringing with them their own unique ‘touch’ to the store.

Haley (aka short little red head) joined our team in late 2015 part-time and very quickly transitioned into our full-time ‘go-to’ girl, handling nearly every aspect of the store and becoming our new and current story manager within a year. She has become like another daughter to Rebecca and continues to ‘push’ our store to new heights and daily brings her bubbly personality for everyone to enjoy! Her customer service skills are amazing and she truly cares about each person who walks in the door.

We are always looking for new faces to call ‘family’ and join us on this adventure we call ‘consignment’. It has proven to be an ever-changing, ever-challenging way of life for us that we wouldn’t trade for the world! We can’t wait to see what God has in store for our future as we strive to serve Him and our community to the best of our ability. We may not get it all perfect, but we sure do TRY!
